Ariel "Ari" Ortiz – Owner & Lead Technician At Southbridge Heating & Cooling, the face behind the wrench is also the heart of the business. Ari Ortiz brings over a decade of dedicated HVAC experience to every job site.

His journey began early, graduating from Bay Path Vocational Technical High School in 2016 through a vocational co-op program that gave him real-world skills before he even entered the workforce. After honing his mechanical expertise and developing a strong work ethic at Southbridge Tire, Ari's passion for heating and cooling grew into a vision: to create a business that prioritizes honesty, quality, and community.

In 2026, Ari took the leap and founded Southbridge Heating & Cooling. Today, he leads the team personally, holding an Oil Burner License and EPA Certification to ensure every installation and repair meets the highest industry standards for safety and efficiency.
